Beside seafood, we also serve beef, pork & chicken, all cooked in an array of ways. Our regular customers particularly value the quality and quantity of our meals.
MOFONGOS are “Famous”for being a traditional Puerto rican dish.
However we at Benny’s Seafood make our mofongos extra special by using fresh and the best ingredients that makes it such a delightful dish. It basically consist of the following ingredients; Green plantain mashed with fresh garlic, homemade pork rinds, sea salt & extra virgin olive oil. We then serve this mixture in a wooden mortar with variations of seafood, fried pork, fried chicken, beef steak or simply by itself.
We also have great selection on Puerto rican dishes like; Asopaos, Pasteles, Rice with pigeon peas, Mondongo and Cuajito to name a few.
When we opened our doors in 1994 our goal was to serve the best Boricua home cooked meal in South Florida. Since then we had been responsible for providing outstanding Puerto Rican food. We have received several recognition from the media however, our most rewarding recognition comes from customers like you that comes to visit us repeatedly.
The preparation of our meals is the reflection of our own family traditions and “hand me down” recipes that comes from the culinary art of our home town in Cabo Rojo, Puerto Rico.
