  1. Brownie Kiss Cupcakes

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Beat butter and sugar in a large mixing mixer until smooth and creamy, about 5-7 minutes. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs and vanilla extract. Combine the flour, cocoa, baking powder, and salt in a large mixing bowl. Fill muffin cups two-thirds full with batter in paper or foil-lined muffin tins. Arrange a chocolate kiss in the center of each, tip end down. Bake until a gentle touch on the top of the brownie causes it to bounce back.

  1. Coconut Macaroons

Preheat the oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit. Mix the coconut, sugar, flour, and salt in a small mixing basin. Stir in the egg whites and vanilla extract well. Using a rounded teaspoon, drop the dough onto oiled baking sheets. Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until golden brown. Allow cooling on a wire rack.

  1. Oatmeal cookies

Blend the wet and dry ingredients in a mixing bowl and stir until just incorporated. Combine the oats, raisins, and sprouted walnuts in a mixing bowl. Allow twenty minutes for the dough to settle. Then make balls out of it. Preheat the oven to 350°F and bake the balls for about ten minutes, or until golden brown. The cookies should seem a little undercooked when you remove them from the oven. Place the cookies on a cooling rack to cool fully after 5 minutes.
